Technical High School

Bates Technical High School is available to students 16-20 years of age who have not yet earned a high school diploma. General Education Development (GED) completers are eligible to enroll in Bates Technical High School. Students may transfer to Bates' Technical High School from their current school district.

Students work toward a high school diploma and an Associate in Applied Science or an Associate of Applied Science-Transfer degree simultaneously. Individual graduation plans will vary depending on a student’s choice of program.

Technical High School students do not pay tuition, lab fees or for books and tools. Students are responsible for consumable fees for items such as uniforms, boots, food handler's cards, etc.
