ITPM 302 IT Governance & Risk Management Foundations

This course introduces students to key IT governance frameworks and explores their integration with organizational risk management strategies. Students will learn how to align IT strategies with business objectives, ensure accountability, and optimize the delivery of IT services across departments. The course emphasizes balancing innovation with regulatory compliance, enhancing IT service delivery, and optimizing governance structures.
