DNTA 102 Introduction to Chairside Assisting

This course provides instruction in four-handed dentistry techniques and prepares the student to assist the dentist chairside. Content of the course includes; health history and vital signs, identification and management of medical emergiencies, principles and procedures of four-handed dentistry, oral evacuation, moisture control, instrument transfer and charting.
