1. Demonstrate basic shampoo service
2. Demonstrate conditioning the hair, and application of finishing rinses
3. Demonstrate scalp massage manipulations and techniques
4. Discuss causes why a client may find dissatisfaction with a shampoo service
5. Explain services that may be included in a hair or scalp treatment
6. Perform proper draping procedures for various services.
7. Select products for different hair types and textures
